Carlton is a creative Visionary, College Professor, Media Producer and Playwright. Well respected in Corporate America as a talented Video Producer, he has produced media programming for IBM, Pharmacia, Monsanto, Nutra-Sweet, Accenture, Searle Pharmaceuticals and the Alzheimer’s Association.

Carlton has a great passion for teaching and has been an associate Professor at Columbia College since 1995.

A gifted playwright, songwriter, and musician, Carlton has dedicated his creative talent to spreading a message of love, hope and inspiration. . He has written plays for several faith based non-profit organizations. Most notable was a play that he co-wrote and produced entitled;
"Hey, Black Man Let Go of Those Chains."

As the resident Playwright for Fieldcrest School of Performing Arts, his credits include:
“Uzuri Umo –Hidden Beauty” and “Can’t You Hear the Music”

Carlton recently founded Ashe’ Productions Inc. a cutting edge, multifaceted entertainment entity focused on creating diverse forms of artistic expressions stimulating both the mind and soul.
